Celainia.com Terms of Service In this document, the terms "we", "our", and "us" refer to Celainia. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the content of Celainia.com, you agree to abide by these terms, as well as the Privacy Policy. If you object to any of these terms, you should not use any of the products or services provided by Celainia. Use of Celainia´s Features and Services By agreeing to this document, you agree to abide by the Rules, as well as any "Announcement" and "Sticky" material in any of the individual forums. While the moderators and administrators of this board will attempt to remove as much objectionable material as possible, it is not possible to review every message. Also, attempting to disrupt the service or making it otherwise interfere or impair another party´s use of Celainia is strictly prohibited. Using refreshers, robots, spiders, scraper or other automated access tools is prohibited. Account Structure Celainia is not for children under the age of 13, except with explicit parental permission to be put on file at the Celainia offices. This is in compliance with COPPA (http://www.coppa.org/).If you are over the age of 13 or have parental permission, you will have chosen a password when you joined. You should not share this password with anyone, because you will be held responsible for any posts made by your account. Additionally, the staff of Celainia will never ask you for your password. If at any time you believe your account has become insecure, you should immediately notify the Celainia staff. Ownership Any graphics, design, computer coding, information, products, services, and currencies displayed on the Website are property of Celainia. Messaging and Forum Posts; Member-Submitted Content Celainia does not accept responsibility for or endorse any of the forum posts or other Member-posted content on the Website. Celainia does not have control over the messages posted, and while the staff will attempt to remove any message(s) if they are not in accordance with these Terms, they do not reflect the opinions of Celainia or any of its staff members.Monitoring the forums is done on a voluntary basis, and is not a requirement. In the case that a forum is being monitored, it does not automatically mean that all potentially objectionable content will be removed. The messages are not reviewed prior to posting and can only be modified or removed once they are posted. Celestine & Glass Pebbles; Virtual Currency Celestine and Glass Pebbles are the virtual currencies offered by Celainia. They are earned through various activities on the site. Celestine and Glass Pebbles are used to buy certain services on Celainia, that is, generally, items, that are stored in a Member´s Inventory and can be used on a Member´s "Avatar", or a pixellated, on-line persona. Celainia reserves the right to distribute these currencies for free or through certain promotional opportunities that may cost real-world currency depending on the circumstances. Celestine and Glass Pebbles have no real-world value regardless, and cannot be sold for real-world currency. In the case of possible fraudulent activity, Celainia reserves the right to reverse any transaction made with either of these currencies. Azurite; Payment Terms Azurite is the currency that costs real-world currency. If you purchase Azurite, or any other products or services from Celainia, you agree to pay the full amount for any such purchases. If you plan to make a purchase, your billing information must be current and you must have the required funds. If you do not, Celainia reserves the right to collect the payment owed through a number of other means.You are responsible for any charges made to your account. If you believe that a purchase was made fraudulently or without your consent, please notify the staff of Celainia so that it can be reversed and you will not be charged. Links Celainia may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for the content of the websites linked to, and do not endorse their content in any way. Accessing the linked sites is done at your own risk.Any correspondence with the business(es) that advertise with Celainia is done at your discretion and Celainia is not liable for any problems incurred during such correspondence.
